I’ve known from a very young age that animals would always be an important part of my life. I attended St Lawrence College in Kingston, Ontario for veterinary assisting in 2016. Since then I’ve worked in general practice and shelter medicine doing what I love.

I moved back to Nova Scotia in 2021 and found my happy place here at Burnside Vet in 2022. I currently reside in Dartmouth with my partner, two cats, a chihuahua mix named Bingo, and a small flock of backyard chickens. 

Something I take pride in is my calm approach with animals and my ability to reduce their stress in clinic. Surgical assisting is my favorite role, I strive to make surgical days as smooth as possible for our patients, their humans, and my coworkers.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time exploring the beauty of this province. My partner and I recently purchased a sailboat that we are excited to cruise the coast on. I also love to explore below the waves by scuba diving.
