My name is Hannah, I've been a registered Veterinary technician for over 4 years now. I've worked in emergency medicine my entire career until joining team Burnside.

My favourite part of being a Registered Veterinary Technician is putting my heart into caring for the hospitalized patients. I treat every patient as if they were my own pet because they deserve it. I enjoy making them feel as comfortable, stress and pain free as possible while they are away from home. I cannot express how happy it makes myself and my team to see our patients make little steps towards getting better. We cheer them on as they take every bite, make every step, bowel movement, urination, and support them through the health issue(s) they are dealing with. Witnessing the excitement of you and your pet reuniting at the end of their hospitalization makes a long day worth every second.

I take a lot of pride in my patient care and client communication. Heath issues are scary for everyone involved, it's my pleasure to comfort your pet and walk you through how to care for them when they need you most.
