Jes has always been an animal lover, growing up with goofy Labradors in the Annapolis Valley. She graduated from Oulton College, NB in 2021 and started working as an RVT in emergency medicine. Her favorite part of vetmed is advocating for those who can't advocate for themselves and bringing a fear-free, positive experience for both clients and patients. 

In her spare time Jes enjoys listening to music with her blind rescue cat Big Rig Rigby from the Big Stop, and exploring NS beaches and coastlines on her paddleboard."
