Terra was born and raised in the Annapolis Valley. Being from the East Coast, one of her secret talents is playing the fiddle. Her studies and life experiences have allowed her to live across Canada, taking her to Fredericton, NB, London, ON, Olds, AB, and most recently Ottawa, ON; she returned home to Nova Scotia in September 2020.

Terra graduated with honours from the Animal Health Technology program at Olds College in Alberta, and received her Registered Veterinary Technician status in December 2013. She has been working with us as an RVT since March 2021 where one of her favourite things to do is make sure patients get safely through their surgeries.

In July 2019, she and her husband, Zach, welcomed their first son, Rory. They are also the proud parents of fur children: Sammy, a handsome, a chunky cat who squeaked his way into their hearts; and Jack, a senior black lab that loves tennis balls, swimming, squirrels, and protecting his new human little brother.
